Galuppi’s Restaurant Preferred Vendor Program

Welcome to Galuppi’s Preferred Vendor Program. This Agreement ensures that Vendors understand all expectations and requirements before engaging with Galuppi’s as a Preferred Vendor, improving work quality and timeliness, and while reducing risk and cost for both parties.

In this Document, Preferred Vendors will be provided with Galuppi’s Preferred Vendor agreement, Statement of Work Requirements, and the Requirements of Reporting Vendor Subcontracting and the Subcontractor agreement. 

Galuppi’s Reserves the right to require Preferred Vendors to comply with the Preferred Vendor Program Administrative Guidelines, which clearly outline the requirements.

Statement of Work: 

Galuppi’s is committed to providing exceptional service and experiences to our clients. As part of this commitment, we maintain a list of Vendors who align with our standards of quality and professionalism.

  1. Scope:
    This document outlines the requirements and expectations for vendors seeking to become preferred partners at Galuppi’s.
  2. Requirements for Vendors:
    • Quality Standards: Preferred vendors must demonstrate a high level of quality in their products or services, which must align with the luxury standards upheld by [Wedding Facility Name].
    • Experience and Reputation: Vendors should possess a proven track record of excellence in their field and maintain a positive reputation within the wedding industry.
    • Insurance and Licenses: Vendors must provide proof of appropriate liability insurance and any necessary licenses or permits required for their business operations.
    • Professionalism: Preferred vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, including prompt communication, adherence to deadlines, and courteous interactions with clients and staff.
    • Flexibility: Vendors should be flexible and accommodating to meet the unique needs of each client and event.
    • Collaboration: Preferred vendors are encouraged to collaborate with other vendors and the venue staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
    • Feedback and Improvement: Vendors should be open to receiving feedback from clients and venue staff and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
  3. Application Process:
    Vendors interested in becoming preferred partners at GALUPPI’S must submit an application form, which includes:
    • Contact information
    • Description of products or services offered
    • Portfolio or examples of previous work
    • References from past clients or industry professionals
    • Applications will be reviewed by the management team, and successful candidates will be notified of their acceptance.
  4. Benefits of Preferred Partnership:
    • Inclusion in our list of Preferred Vendors, which is provided to clients during the event planning process.
    • Representation on our website and agreement to share promotional print and/or social media material upon request. 
    • Priority consideration for referrals and leads generated by Galuppi’s.
    • Access to special events or networking opportunities hosted by the venue.
  5. Compliance:
    Vendors are expected to comply with all policies and guidelines set forth by Galuppi’s including those related to health and safety, environmental sustainability, and ethical business practices.
  6. Termination of Partnership:
    Galuppi’s reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any Vendor who fails to meet the outlined requirements or whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the reputation of the venue.
  7. Agreement:
    By becoming a preferred vendor at Galuppi’s vendors agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement to Follow.
