Front of House / Guest Services
HOST/HOSTESS
The first and last face our guest see are you. while arriving to or leaving our establishment, our guests will be looking to you for general guidance or provide comments pertaining to their overall dining experience. Your smiling faces set the tempo the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave. We’re looking for vibrant, communicative applicants eager to usher in our guests to an experience like no other!
SERVERS
Our servers play a vital role at Galuppi’s. Our servers spend most of their time ensuring each guest receives the finest level of hospitality Galuppi’s has to offer. Although you aren’t always the first face they see, you are one of the last to leave an impression that we hope welcomes them back another time. EVENT SERVERS/BARTENDERS
We strive to make every event we host magical! Our Guests are, well…. Like family. Back of House Cast Members
EXPEDITOR/FOOD RUNNER
Expeditor and food runners ensure ALL food (hot or cold), leaves the kitchen at top quality.
As the expeditor, we ask that you are detailed oriented, organized, and most of all, VOCAL.
You are the last line of defense before any food leaves the kitchen. If you have what it takes, we’re happy to have you join our team!
BUSSERS
Bussers are the stagehands continuously cleaning and setting up Galuppi’s dining room, lounge, bar, and patios for service. Bussers help assist servers, bartenders, and any “Front of House” staff. Bussers will be the face guests see throughout their dining experience at Galuppi’s. Clearing tables, politely interacting with guests, discarding guest plates, or providing any general guest services are great qualities and skills we’re looking for in applicants!
PREP COOKS
Prep cooks. Control our quantity and quality of food items prepared in our kitchen. Prep cooks are our first line of defense. From making sure the quality of all food items ae fresh and there’s no spoilage, to ensuring all food and menu items are being prepped to spec. This position requires critical thinking, problem solving, and is physically demanding. If this position interests you, we are happy to have you as part of our team!
LINE COOKS

Here at Galuppi’s, our cooks are the core of everything we do. Our cooks ensure every dish we put in the window meets our quality specs. Cooks are expected to produce food at an exceptionally appealing and appeasing fashion; To be as proficient as possible. From cooking, to plating. This is why we hold cooks to such a high standard. DISHWASHERS
Dishwashers are our spot on, spot off detailed cleaners of our kitchen. Dishwashers are considered without a doubt, “most valuable team members”. Clean plates, glassware, pots, pans, and silverware keep our business going. We cannot produce food to the dining room, nor serve guests drinks without properly cleaned dishes. We’re excited to have you as part of our team if you’re up for the challenge!
